Terms and conditions
The general terms and conditions apply to every offer, treatment and transaction between Miracle Massages and the client to which these terms and conditions apply, insofar as the parties have not deviated from these terms and conditions explicitly and in writing.
Effort
- Miracle Massages will perform the treatments to the best of its knowledge and ability and in accordance with the requirements of good workmanship.
- The client ensures that all (health) data, which may reasonably be important for the proper execution of the treatment, are reported on time.
- Miracle Massages is not liable for damage, of whatever nature, caused by the client assuming incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the client.
- Miracle Massages will inform the client about the financial consequences of the change in treatment.
Appointments & cancellation policy
- The client must notify Miracle Massages that they are unable to make an appointment at the latest 48 hours prior to the appointment, otherwise the 50% deposit will be withheld or collected.
- If the client cancels within 24 hours or does not show up without notification, Miracle Massages may pass on 100% of the fee for the agreed treatment to the client.
- If the client arrives at the salon more than five minutes later than the agreed time, Miracle Massages may reduce the lost time on the treatment and still charge the entire fee of the treatment to the client.
- If the client arrives at the salon more than 15 minutes later than the agreed time, without notification, Miracle Massages may cancel the entire appointment and still charge 100% of the fee of the agreed treatment to the client.
- The client must report to Miracle Massages that he is unable to make an appointment as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment, whereby the 50% deposit will be withheld or collected.
- Both parties do not have to comply with the above obligations, if they are hindered by force majeure, fulfillment of the agreement can then no longer be demanded in all reasonableness. Force majeure includes what the law and jurisprudence say about it; think of a natural disaster or serious traffic accident. According to the law, the client must prove that there was a force majeur.
- If the client often does not keep to the appointment , Miracle Massages may refuse the client for future treatments.
- If, after a reminder, the client does not pay within 7 days, Miracle Massages may engage a collection agency to recover the fee for the agreed treatment and the costs of the collection agency.
gift cards
- A gift card must be paid in full.
- To exchange a gift card, you can contact Miracle Massages to schedule an appointment.
- GIft cards are valid for a maximum of 12 months from date of purchase.
- Gift cards or their residual value cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards issued by Miracle Massages can only be exchanged at Miracle Massages.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards. Gift cards cannot be returned.
- If the total amount of the treatment(s) is higher than the value of the gift card used, the difference must be paid.
- These gift card terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time. We recommend that you consult the gift card conditions before using a gift card. If you use the gift card after the changes take effect, you accept the changed gift card conditions.
Package deals
- Packages are available per 10 and can be purchased for both massage and wax treatments.
- When you buy a package of 10 treatments, you get the 11th treatment for free.
- Een strippenkaart dient vooraf volledig in 1 keer betaald te worden.
- To use the package, a treatment can be booked in advance based on availability.
- Packages cannot be used for other treatments than the one you purchased.
- Packages are valid for a maximum of 12 months after the purchase date.
- A package is personal and cannot be used by anyone else.
- Packages or their residual value cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to packages. Packages cannot be returned.
- If the total amount of the treatment is higher than the value of the package used, the difference must be paid.
- Miracle Massages behoudt zich het recht om maximaal 1 keer per jaar haar prijzen te verhogen, en dus dient het verschil bijbetaald te worden.
- These voucher terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time.
Payment
- Miracle Massages states all prices of the treatments during the appointment.
- The prices include 21% VAT.
- Offers in advertisements are valid for the specified duration.
- The client must pay the (residual) payment for the treatment in cash or via a payment request immediately after the end of the treatment.
- All prices shown on this site are subject to change and / or errors.
Personal data
- The client provides Miracle Massages before / with the first treatment of all data, which Miracle Massages indicates that these are necessary or of which the client should reasonably understand that they are necessary for the careful execution of the treatments.
- Miracle Massages only stores the following personal data of the client: name, telephone number and e-mail address. These are not included in a customer base or sold to third parties.
- Miracle Massages treats the client's confidential data in accordance with the guidelines in the Personal Data Protection Act. See also our Privacy statement.
Liability
- Miracle Massages is not liable for damage of any kind caused by incorrect and / or incomplete information provided by the client on physical conditions, use of medication, activities, leisure activities.
- Miracle Massages is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings that the client has brought to the salon.
Complaints
- Indien de cliënt een klacht heeft over de behandeling of een product, moet de klacht zo spoedig mogelijk, doch binnen 24 uur na ontdekking mondeling als zowel schriftelijk gemeld worden aan Miracle Massages.
- Miracle Massages must give the complainant an adequate answer within 5 working days.
- If a complaint about the treatments is well-founded, Miracle Massages will perform the treatment again as agreed, unless this has become demonstrably pointless for the client and the client makes this known in writing.
- If Miracle Massages and the complainant cannot come to an agreement, the complainant can submit the dispute to the legislator or mediator.
Confidentiality
- Miracle Massages is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information that the client has communicated during the treatment.
- Information is considered confidential if this has been told by the client or if this follows from the nature of the information.
- The confidentiality will lapse if, on the basis of a legal provision or a judicial decision by Miracle Massages, it is mandatory to provide the confidential information to third parties.
Reinbursement employer
- Afhankelijk van de werkgever en de secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden worden een aantal behandelingen geheel of gedeeltelijk vergoed door hen vergoed.
- The client pays the entire fee of the treatment to Miracle Massages.
- Miracle Massages provides an invoice with the correct information for the employer.
- The client is responsible for submitting the invoice to the employer.
- Miracle Massages is in no way responsible for further processing the invoice to the employer.
Damage and / or theft
- Miracle Massages has the right to claim damages from the client if the client damages furniture, equipment or products.
- Miracle Massages always reports theft to the police.
Decent behavior
- The client should behave in the salon according to generally accepted standards.
- If the client continues to display improper behavior after repeated warnings, Miracle Massages has the right to refuse the client access to the salon without further explanation.
Rights
- Dutch law applies to every agreement between Miracle Massages and the client.
- The general terms and conditions are published on the Miracle Massages website.
- In the event of an explanation of the content and scope of the general terms and conditions, the Dutch text will always be decisive.
- The most recently published version or the version that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement shall always apply.
